Things to Do Before Closing:

*Order final gas & electric bills.
*Cancel cable or satelite service.
*Cancel phone/internet service.
*Notify post office of address change.
*Notify subscriptions of address changes.
*Make moving arrangements with moving company.
*Organize all manuals for mechanicals & personal property staying with the home.
*Walk thru the home one last time to be sure nothing is forgotten.  Don't forget to look through closets, cupboards,
  attic, basement, storage sheds & garages.
*Turn off lights.  Close & lock all windows & doors.

What to Bring to Closing:

*All keys & garage door openers
*Driver's License or other photo ID
